About Ginger
Ginger Skinner is a whole foods expert and author. She is aligned with community enterprises, civic organizations, and churches. As a lecturer of whole food preparation she teaches classes, creates recipes, and designs programs to enrich and encourage healthy life styles.
Skinner is a Registered Nurse. She received her degree at Polk State University in Lakeland, Florida. Along with nursing she studied nutrition. She believes in curing the source of the problem rather than controlling the symptoms.


The heart of Skinner’s work is dedicated to eradicating childhood obesity, heart disease, type two diabetes, cancer, and other diseases through community awareness and education.
Her passion is to help others set and achieve their goals.
As CEO of a concrete construction company, Skinner established a company committed to giving back to its community.
Partnered in business with her husband Jeff, the two have been married for 15 years. They have one dog Ms. Izzy…. a chubby 5 pound Chihuahua.
With a sporting nature, Skinner enjoys camping and fishing along with some extreme sports. She has jumped out of an airplane, ridden a camel across the Saraha Desert, and hunted with a falcon in Ireland.
As a celebrated world traveler, Skinner’s greatest delight is to taste and explore multi-cultural palettes to the ends of the earth.
